PRO TIPS TO HELP YOU KNIT the Garter Stitch
REVERISBLE PATTERN: This is a reversible pattern, meaning that each side of your work, the Right and Wrong sides, look the exacely the same.
CHANGING YARN COLORS: I have a great trick on how to change yarn color when knitting stripes in the Garter pattern for you, too!
Edges Lay Flat: This easy texture lays flat. In fact, for patterns that tend to curl up, it's advisable to add a Garter Stitch border because it allows your work to look great!
HOW TO KNIT the Garter Knit Stitch Pattern

TWO-ROW REPEAT:The classic texture is created by repeating these two easy-to-remember rows.
How to Begin:Cast On any number of stitches onto your knitting needle.
Row 1: Knit All Stitches. The first row is the right side of your work, which is the side that will be visible once it is knitted up.
Row 2: Knit All Stitches. Yes, the second row is to knit all stitches again while on the the wrong side of the work. Doesn't get any easier that this!
Row Repeats:Continue knitting Rows 1 and 2 until your work is the length you desire, then cast off your stitches and weave in your ends.
